It is now brought to the notice of the Court that since the order passed by the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal in the waiver application was not complied with by petitioner, the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, by subsequent order dated 28.11.2025, has rejected the appeal. 3. In view of the order rejecting the entire appeal, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
