Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:137108-DB Court No. - 21 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 26992 of 2025 Petitioner :- Avinash Bhatt Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 7 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Aditya Sharma,Rajneesh Sharma Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Manoj Kumar Gupta,J. Hon'ble Ram Manohar Narayan Mishra,J. 1. The following prayer has been made in the present writ petition: (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent nos.2 to 4 to provide adequate protection to the petitioner so that he can reopen and operate his shop (GSTIN: 09HZRPB8378F1ZM, Shop having Registered Office at- BH 59/11, Village Boraki, Near Shiv Mandir, Dadri, Distt.- Gautam Buddha Nagar, U.P.- 203207)." 2. There appears to be dispute between the petitioner and the private-respondents in relation to a shop. On basis of ex parte version, we find no good ground to pass any blanket order in terms of the relief prayed for in the writ petition. In case, any offence has been committed or is being committed by the private-respondents, it is always open to the petitioner to take re-course to the legal remedies. It is also always open to the petitioner to bring the said fact to the notice of the concerned police official for action in accordance with law. 3. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
