[2025:RJ-JP:11390] HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous 2nd Bail Application No. 2868/2025 Ajeet Singh S/o Manohar Singh, Aged About 28 Years, R/o Village Jatiya, Police Station Nasirabad Sadar, District Ajmer. (At Present Confined In Central Jail, Ajmer). ----Petitioner Versus State Of Rajasthan, Through PP ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Khushwant, Adv. For Mr. Akshat Choudhary, Adv. For Respondent(s) For Complainant : : Mr. Shree Ram Dhakar, PP Mr. Ravindra Paliwal, Adv. HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PRAVEER BHATNAGAR Order 12/03/2025 1. The instant second bail application has been filed under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. on behalf of accused-petitioner. The accused-petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.196/2024, registered at Police Station Nasirabad Sadar, District Ajmer, for the offence(s) under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B of IPC. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the accused- petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is contended that the matter is exclusively triable by Magistrate. It is also contended that the first bail application of the petitioner was dismissed with liberty to file afresh after filing of the charge-sheet and the charge-sheet has already been produced and further trial [2025:RJ-JP:11390] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-2868/2025] of the case may take considerable time, therefore, the bail application of the accused-petitioner may be allowed. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant have vehemently opposed the grant of bail application. It is alleged against the petitioner that being appointed as Accountant in the complainant’s company he transferred Rs.15,24,500/- in different accounts of his relatives namely- Ajeet Rawat, Vimla Rawat, Nitin Kumari, Rajesh Singh Rawat, Anju Rawat and Surendra Singh, therefore, considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail. 4. Accordingly, the second bail application of the accused- petitioner is hereby by dismissed. (PRAVEER BHATNAGAR),J Ashwani Kr Srivastava /-33
