This Court cannot entertain this writ petition in the manner in which it has come particularly by reference to the annexure attending therewith. 02. The petitioner has generated a single annexure, tagged as Annexure-I, in which he has attached long line of documents which are all independent and also of different point of time. Such like manner of filing writ petition is not permissible. 03. The Registrar Judicial, Srinagar is directed to ensure that the Examination Counter is directed appropriately that the examination of a petition filed be it writ, appeal or of other nature be done very carefully and not to entertain such like petition coming forward before getting diarized and presented before the Court for hearing. 04.
