The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dumri P.S. Case No. 30 of 2024, for the offence registered under Section 64(1) of B.N.S., pending in the court of Mrs. Reema Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Gumla. Petitioner is alleged to have raped a deaf and dumb girl. It was submitted that there is delay in lodging of the F.I.R.
