Choudhury, the learned Senior Counsel, assisted by Ms. R. Kakati, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. N. Das, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam. Page No.# 2/2 2. The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, namely, Bijoy Rajbongshi, was granted interim bail by this Court, by order dated 03.03.2025, and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, he has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co- operated in the investigation. 3. He further submits that in the meanwhile, the other co-accused persons have already been granted bail by the Trial Court. 4. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor Ms. N. Das, has produced the Case Diary of Garchuk P.S. Case No. 32/2025 and has submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement has also been recorded. 5. Since the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court and has co-operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to him, by order dated 03.03.2025 is hereby made absolute, with a condition that he shall continue to co-operate in the investigation. 6.
