Today, when matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the petitioner has not complied the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph 7(c ) vide order dated 19.06.2025 and the statement is vague about 1100 simcards purchased and used for committing the crime. 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner herein has not cooperated with the investigation as mandated while granting anticipatory bail, the petition for relaxing the anticipatory bail condition stands dismissed.
