This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(I) Issue a writ, order or direction, directing the Respondent No. 3/ Sub Divisional Magistrate/ Assistant Collector First Class Robertsganj, District-Sonbhadra to comply his Office Memorandum dated 12/12/2024 and re-fix the boundary pillar of petitioner in compliance of the order passed on 11/10/2023 in proceeding U/s 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 of Arazi No. 1363 area 0.5230 hectare, Arazi No. 1394 area 0.016 hectare, Arazi No. 1393 area 0.025 hectare, Arazi No. 1395 area 1.195 hectare and Arazi No. 1401 area 1.8630 hectare situated in Mauja-Nagnar Haraiya, Pargana-Ahraura, Tehsil-Robertsganj, District-Sonbhadra." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that proceedings under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 concluded and demarcation proceedings were carried out. According to petitioner, private respondents had removed the pillars which were affixed. Petitioner has moved an application before revenue authorities on 09.06.2025, which is pending consideration. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon officer concerned to decide the application dated 09.06.2025, in the case the said application is pending consideration, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
