Jal Nigam (Urban),Bareilly is facing financial constraints. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner has not disputed about financial constraints, however, he prays that respondents be directed to expedite the settlement of aforesaid claim of petitioner. 4. Taking note of above referred assurance of learned counsel for respondents, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that respondents will pay aforesaid dues to the petitioner as soon as possible.
