-------- CORAM : HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR DWIVEDI
------ For the Petitioner : None. For the UOI
: Mr. Savibjor Singh, Advocate ------
31/ 14.07.2025 Nobody has responded on behalf of the petitioner in spite of repeated calls. Learned counsel for the Union of India is present.
2.
Earlier the matter was listed on 20.01.2025 and on that day also, nobody had responded on behalf of the petitioner, however, with a view to provide one more opportunity, the matter was adjourned for four weeks. Identical is the situation today, as nobody has responded on behalf of the petitioner in spite of repeated calls, which clearly suggests that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter.
3.
As such, this petition is dismissed.
