The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(i) issue writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned First information report dated 20.07.2025 in Case Crime No. 0422 of 2025, under Section-131, 352, 351(2), 107 of B.N.S. 2023, Police Station-Sadar Bazar, District-Nagar (Commissionarate Agra), Agra lodged by the informant against the Petitioners. (ii) Issue a writ, order and direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondents concerned not to arrest to the Petitioners in pursuance of the impugned First information report dated 20.07.2025 in Case Crime No. 0422 of 2025, under Section-131, 352, 351(2), 107 of B.N.S. 2023, Police Station-Sadar Bazar, District- Nagar (Commissionarate Agra), Agra lodged by the informant against the Petitioners." A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of offence in the above case. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
