The grievance of the petitioner is that adoption deed presented by her before the Deputy Registrar, Faridpur, District Bareilly, has not been registered so far, although, the petitioner was present in the office of Sub Registrar on the date assigned for the said purpose. 2. Having record to the nature of grievance, we permit the petitioner to approach respondent no. 2 alongwith fresh application and true attested copy of the instant order and in which event, respondent no. 2 will take further action in the matter, strictly, in accordance with law within next four weeks. It is expected that the petitioner will remain present in the office of Sub Registrar on the date, as may be specified by Sub- Registrar, for the said purpose. 3.
