She had applied on 5th May, 2025 to respondent no.4 for change of the electric meter as according to her, the reading is faulty in excess. On no action taken, her client is before Court. Mr. Raj Mohan Upadhyaya, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. Mr. Mukesh Kumar Singh, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent nos.2 to 5 (the supply company). He submits, the application will be duly dealt with by respondent no.3. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order along with copy of her application dated 5th May, 2025 to respondent no.3. Within two weeks of the communication, petitioner must be told on demonstration that the meter gives accurate reading or for the meter to be changed and appropriate adjustment given in future bills.
