Based upon instruction, learned Standing Counsel submitted that now the order of Writ Court has been complied with, therefore, applicant may be dismissed as infructuous, which is not disputed by learned counsel for the applicant. 4. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. 5. The contempt application is disposed of. 6. Notices are discharged. 7.
