Learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents Nos. 1 to 4. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:9575 WP No. 100622 of 2024 2. This Court, by order dated 27.01.2022 in W.P. No. 106726/2019, had granted six months’ time to the petitioner to submit a representation, to be considered in terms of the observations made therein. 3. Despite the lapse of nearly three years, the petitioner has not submitted the said representation. It is in that background that the present writ petition has been filed seeking a further period of one month to submit a fresh representation. 4. Although there has been considerable delay and the petitioner has not availed of the benefit of the earlier order passed by a co-ordinate bench of this Court, I am of the view that, in the interest of justice, some indulgence ought to be extended, particularly considering that the petitioner is a workman employed by the respondent. Accordingly, I pass the following: ORDER i. The writ petition is allowed in part. ii. The time granted under the order dated 27.01.2022 in W.P. No. 106726/2019 is - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:9575 WP No. 100622 of 2024 extended by a further period of one month from today. iii. The petitioner shall submit the representation on or before 01.09.2025. iv. Upon receipt of such representation, respondent No. 3 shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law by passing appropriate orders within a period of Sixty days thereafter. v. It is made clear that no further extension of time shall be granted. vi. If the petitioner fails to submit the representation by 01.09.2025, the respondent shall be at liberty to take appropriate action as permissible under law, without reference to this Court.
