This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a suitable order or direction to the learned Civil Judge (S.D.) /Prescribed Authority, Gautam Buddh Nagar to decide the Execution case no. 07 of 2021 in Original Case No. 244 0f 2011 Ram Singh vs Rajendra Singh of which Execution is pending before it within a specified time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court for the purpose." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above-mentioned case is pending consideration since 2021, the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division)/Prescribed Authority, Gautam Buddh Nagar, to decide the above-mentioned case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties as well as giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in respect of their case provided there is no other legal impediment.
