From perusal of the material on record, it transpires that possession of the land in question has been taken by the private respondents and petitioner is seeking remedy against them. Petitioner has a remedy under Section 134 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, no direction can be issued by this Court. 3. Writ petition stands disposed of.
