III- Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authority to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 22.06.2025." From perusal of the prayer made in the writ petition, no case for interference under Article 226 of Constitution of India is made out. The writ petition is misconceived and stands dismissed.
