Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner apprises the Court that though now the judgment stands complied with but the arrears, to which the petitioner is entitled to, are being paid to him in installments. He prays that respondents be directed to pay the balance arrears to the petitioner, in a single installment. 2. This Court is of the considered view that it would be in the interest of justice, in case, some leverage is given to the respondents and they are directed to pay the balance in two 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 equal installments quarterly. This is agreeable to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with the direction that let the balance arrears now paid in two installments. First installment be paid in the month of March, 2025 and second and final installment be paid in the month of June, 2025.
