After some arguments a prayer has been made by counsel for the petitioner to dismiss present writ petition with liberty to move proper application before the concerned competent authority as provided under sub-para-4 of paragraph-2 of the Government Order dated 30.03.2022 for payment of honorarium in place of his deceased husband, who was elected member of gram panchayat. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 3. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, present writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage itself. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, present writ petition is disposed of finally permitting the petitioner to move a proper application before the concerned competent authority as per sub- para-4 of paragraph-2 of the Government Order dated 30.03.2022. If such an application is moved on the prescribed proforma as per procedure prescribed in the aforesaid government order, the authority concerned is directed to take necessary decision expeditiously.
