JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Judgment 04/03/2025 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the present petition is filed with a prayer seeking directions to the competent authority to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner, pertaining to suspension, in an expeditious manner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and prayer so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, taking note of the fact that the appeal is filed in the month of January, this Court directs the competent authority/appellate authority to decide the said appeal within a period of two months from the date of passing of this order, by following principle of natural justice and by way of a speaking order.
