Ms. Paurami Sheth, Learned Advocate for the Plaintiff has tendered purshish dated 07.10.2025 and submitted that the Plaintiff and owners of the Defendant Vessel have sorted the dispute outside this Court, that the Plaintiff has been assured for payment of the agreed amount and hence does not want to proceed further with the captioned suit and the arrest order dated 06.10.2025 be vacated forthwith.
