Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in custody as under-trial since 11.05.2024. He further contends that the statements of the prosecutrix and her mother have already been recorded by the trial Court and they have not supported the prosecution case. 4.
