They had misunderstanding in pursuant to which FIR was registered as against the first petitioner in Crime No.13/2024 for the offence under Section 498A of IPC on the file of the Inspector of Police, W-28 All Women Police Station, Ambattur. The second petitioner also filed DVC No.42 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur. Thereafter, divorce petition was also filed in HMOP No.4378/2022 on the file of the learned II Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai. However, during the relevant time, some videos were uploaded in the social media platform. Therefore, the petitioners made representations seeking to remove those videos. 3.The learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the videos have been removed and further instructed the Head Office, Cyber Crime Cell to remove the remaining videos also. 4.In view of the above, the respondents are directed to remove all the related videos of the petitioners from the social media platform, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
