Side) 1/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.O.P.No.22305 of 2025 O R D E R The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 3(2)(b), 4(1), 4(2)(c) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act in Crime No.367 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2. The petitioner claims that he is working in Oiasis SPA, which provides Ayurvedic massage. However, on presuming that the petitioner along with others is running frustrate, the police has registered the complaint. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that based on the information, the police has raided the premises and three girls were rescued. Based on their statements, the police has come to the conclusion that the petitioner is involved in frustration. Hence, he sought for investigation. 4. Considering the nature of the crime, this Court is of the view that the anticipatory bail cannot be entertained at this juncture.
