Grievance of the petitioner is that, even though he had completed the course in October, 2023 the consolidated mark list has not been issued by the University so far, despite an application submitted on 04.06.2024. It was in these circumstances, the petitioner approached this Court. It is discernible from the records that the petitioner submitted Ext.P5 representation before the 2nd respondent, which is now pending consideration. 2. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondent University, I am of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of. Accordingly, it is ordered that the competent officer of the 1st respondent shall take up Ext.P5 and appropriate orders thereon shall be passed in accordance with law. Appropriate steps shall be taken to issue the consolidated mark list within a period of ten WPC.No.27632/24 3 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
