On perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the condone delay petition, this Court finds that the petitioner is fully visually impaired person. However, the reasons stated in the condone delay petition is not satisfied and as such, this Court is not inclined to condone the huge delay of 1160 days in filing this petition. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 3/4 CRL MP No. 15498 of 2025 3. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. However, considering the petitioner's disability, he is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint before the jurisdictional police and on receipt of the same, the jurisdictional police shall conduct enquiry and dispose the same, on its own merits and in accordance with law.
