2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 69 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) and 84(C) of the I.T. Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-um-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Deoghar.
3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide B.A. No. 7721 of 2024 by order dated 16.12.2024.
4. On 27.06.2024, Cyber Police, Deoghar on the basis of confidential information that some persons have assembled near village Jalhana and were committing cyber offence, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner and co-accused persons. On search, mobile phones and e-gadgets were recovered from their possession.
5. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about nine months. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Pappu Kumar Yadav has been granted bail by this court vide B.A. No. 2514 of 2025.
5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-um-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 69 of 2024.
