Sri Birendra Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the informant- respondent no.4 has stated that the parties have settled their dispute outside the Court and respondent no.4 has no objection in case the impugned F.I.R is quashed. In view of the above, impugned F.I.R is quashed. The writ petition is allowed. Investigating Officer of this case is directed to make entry of this order in the case diary.
