Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the proceedings of Divorce Petition No.227 of 2019 Lovish Goel Vs. Yasha Agarwal, preferred by applicant under Section 13(1)(a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, has also been dismissed on the ground of territorial jurisdiction and similarly, the application moved by the applicant under Section 340 of Cr.P.C. in the aforesaid Case No.124 of 2020, has also been rejected vide order dated 20.01.2024. 2025:UHC:4024 6.
