(Oral) This is the second peon moved by the peoner under Secon 483 of Bharaya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (old Secon 439 Cr.P.C) for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.452 dated 27.07.2022 registered under Secon 346 IPC (Challan presented under Secons 304, 346, 202 IPC) (Charges framed under Secons 302, 346, 202 IPC) at Police Staon Kharkhoda, District Sonipat, Haryana. 2. The earlier peon bearing CRM-M-2767 of 2024 was dismissed by this Court by way of a detailed order dated 14.03.2024 (Annexure P.7) a:er considering all the contenons raised by the peoner. 3. Learned counsel for the peoner has failed to impress this Court regarding any change in the circumstances. 4. Apart from above, learned State Counsel has informed that in view of the order dated 14.03.2024, the State Counsel has already moved an applicaon before the trial Court for amendment of the charge. 5. Having regard to all the afore-said facts and circumstances, when this Court does not find any change in the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the peoner. 6.
