Heard Sri Gopal Krishna Pandey, learned counsel for petitioners. 2. The instant petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct Additional District Judge, Court No. 1, Mau to conclude the proceeding of Civil Revision No. 53 of 2022 Amit Kumar Rai & others vs. Prem Shanker within stipulated period so that the justice may be done; otherwise the revisionists/petitioners shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." 3. Learned counsel for petitioners submitted that the revision filed on behalf of petitioners is pending since 2022. He placed the certified copy of order sheet of the pending proceeding in order to demonstrate that matter is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, petition is disposed of directing the revisional Court, Additional District Judge, Court No. 1, Mau to decide the Revision No. 53 of 2022, after affording proper opportunity of hearing to both the parties expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
