Heard the learned counsel Sri.Nandish Patil for the petitioner and the learned counsel Sri.Girish Hulmani appearing for the respondents. 3. The petitioner submits a representation owing to the fact that the petitioner has been short paid or there is a difference of amount that the petitioner is entitled to under the deductions. The representation is submitted to the respondents, which is yet to meet its consideration. 4. In the light of the said submission, I deem it appropriate to dispose the subject petition with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation in accordance with law and pass necessary orders thereon, within 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. 6. It is made clear this Court does not assess the merit of the claim of the petitioner. 7. It is needless to observe that till the consideration of the representation, no precipitative action would be taken against the petitioner. Ordered accordingly.
