The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he had to approach this Court on the score that the 6th respondent Police Inspector is interfering with the possession of the petitioner notwithstanding the matter being purely civil in nature. 3. The learned AGA on instructions submits that the 6th respondent is not interfering and will not interfere in the possession unless warranted in law. 4. According to said submission, the petition stands disposed reserving liberty to the petitioner to avail of such remedy as available in law. Ordered accordingly.
