By way of filing this petition, a challenge has been led to the orders dated 08.04.2010 and 21.07.2009 passed by the respondents by which the services of the petitioner has been terminated. 2. By passing the impugned order dated 21.07.2009, the services of the petitioner were terminated by the respondents and the said order was assailed by the petitioner by way of filing SB CWP No. 12699/2009 before this Court and the same was disposed of on 12.10.2009, with a direction to the respondents to [2025:RJ-JP:10068] (2 of 2) [CW-13071/2010] reconsider the case of the petitioner by deciding her representation. 3. Pursuant to the aforesaid order, a representation was submitted by her and the same was rejected vide order dated 08.04.2010 wherein, it has been observed by the respondents that there was negligence and irregularities in the entry of payment of wages and has not filled the muster rolls in the job cards of the labourers. Such an act on the part of the petitioner was found to be a misconduct and accordingly, a decision was taken to discontinue her on contractual basis. 4. This Court finds no merit and substance in this petition and the same is hereby dismissed. 5. Stay application and all pending application(s), if any, also stand dismissed.
