Issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari and quash the impugned order dated 17.08.2024 passed by Respondent no.2 in no. KSBA/ CMC/ 17/ KPL/ 2023-24 vide Annexure-F, as being unlawful and without authority of law. B. Pass such other order/further orders as this Hon’ble court may be deem fit under the facts and circumstances of the case. The learned counsel Sri. B. Muhammed Ali, appearing for the respondents submits that the term of the committee is already over and elections would be held in accordance with the approved scheme. In the light of the said submission, the petition would not survive for any further consideration. The petition is rendered infructuous with the observation as herein above.
