A further prayer has also been made for directing respondent No.2- Haryana Staff Selection Commission to recommend the name of the petitioner for the abovesaid post. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to his grievance, the petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 11.07.2025 (Annexure P-18) but the respondents have not taken any action thereupon till date. He contends that the petitioner would be satisfied at this stage, in case respondent No.2- Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission, Panchkula is directed to consider and decide the representation dated 11.07.2025 (Annexure P-18) submitted by the petitioner, by passing a speaking order in a time bound manner.
