The case of the petitioner is that he had given a complaint to the respondent with regard to the theft in the temple and on the basis of the said complaint, the First Information Report in Crime No.301 of 2024 has been registered for the offences under section 379 of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the case has been registered in the year 2024, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, the present petition. 3.
