The petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Chatra Sadar P.S. Case No. 273 of 2020, corresponding to G.R No.88 of 2021, for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra. On 28.08.2020, this petitioner along with 14 other accused persons are alleged to have murdered the son of the informant, Lokesh Yadav. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against accused persons. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra, in connection with Chatra Sadar P.S.
