Parashar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State. 2) Apprehending their arrest, the petitioners, namely, (i) Nizamuddin Ahmed; (ii) Meher Ali; (iii) Forijul Hoque, all sons of Montaj Ali Sikdar; (iv) Asadul Islam, son of Saifuddin and (v) Ayan Uddin, son of Nur Islam, all residents of village-Dumuria Part III, Police Station- Abhayapuri, District-Bongaigaon have filed this application on 27.02.2025 under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 praying for their pre-arrest bail in said Abhayapuri Police Station Case No. 26/2025 under Sections 303(2)/324(5)/3(5) of BNS, 2023. 3) By order dated 26.03.2025, the Court while calling for the case diary of said Abhayapuri P.S. Case No. 26/2025 granted interim bail to the petitioners, named above, in said Abhayapuri P.S. Case No. 26/2025. 4) During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. Parashar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam on instruction submitted that on completion of the investigation of the case, Police submitted Final Report (Closure Report) in said Abhayapuri P.S. Case No. 26/2025 on 30.04.2025 vide F.R. No. 18/2025. 5) In view of the above, this pre-arrest bail application of the petitioners, named above, being infructuous, stands closed.
