This petition was filed challenging the notification dated 07.05.2010 published in Gazette (Annexure-13), whereby restrictions were put with regard to the mining area in District Jhalawar. 2. The petition is pending since 2010. During pendency of the petition, the Rule under which the Notification has been issued was repealed and new rules i.e. Rajashtan Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 2017 have been framed. The petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application, if so desired. 5.
