The petitioner is an accused for the offence punishable under Section 174 of the Criminal Procedure Code in Crime No.376 of 2022 on the file of the 4th respondent/Police. Now, the FIR has been investigated and filed final report and she is facing trial in S.C.No.54 of 2025 on the file of the Principal District Court, Ranipet. 4. In order to escape from the clutches of law, the petitioner keep on pending complaints with allegations as against the police personnel, as if they demanded a bribe. 5. In view of the above, the representations submitted by the petitioner, 29.04.2024, 01.02.2025, 24.07.2025 and 02.08.2025 cannot be considered and the writ petition is devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition (Criminal) is dismissed.
