This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is seeking a direction upon respondent no.2, i.e., Additional District Magistrate (Judicial), District Bareilly to expedite the hearing of Case No. 92 of 2025 (Computerized Case No. D202512130000092) (HDFC Bank Ltd through its Authorised Officer Vs. Messers Chunni Lal and Sons), filed under Section 14 of SARFAESI Act, 2002. 3. Upon a perusal of the record, it appears that the hearing of the aforesaid case has been delayed and the progress has been slow. Accordingly, the respondent No.2, i.e., Additional District Magistrate (Judicial), District Bareilly is directed to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid case and decide the same expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 4.
