JUSTICE MAULIK J.SHELAT Date : 18/11/2025 COMMON ORAL ORDER 1. At the outset, learned advocate Mr.A.V.Prajapati appearing for the contesting respondent No.4 informed this Court that he has received written communication dated 18.11.2025 from respondent No.4 – Hospital whereby the order impugned of removal of petitioners of Special Civil Application No.9070 of 2016 and Special Civil Application No.9071 of 2016 has been withdrawn. As far as petitioner of Special Civil Application No.14067 of 2016 is concerned, he is no longer rendering his services in the hospital and started his own private hospital. 2. Learned advocate Mr.Prajapati tendered such written communication, which is taken on record. C/SCA/9070/2016 ORDER DATED: 18/11/2025 3. In view of the aforesaid, under the instructions of his client, learned advocate Mr.Yogen Pandya appearing for the petitioner in each matter, does not press the present petitions. Nonetheless, learned advocate Mr.Pandya requests this Court that liberty may be reserved in favour of the petitioners in case of diCiculty. 4. Having heard learned advocates for the respective parties and having taken note of the aforesaid development taken place during the pendency of the present writ petition, the cause to Dle the petition would not survive, inasmuch, as the impugned orders of removal so far as petitioners of Special Civil Application Nos.9070 of 2016 and 9071 of 2016 have been withdrawn / recalled by respondent No.4 – Hospital. So far as petitioner of Special Civil Application No.14067 of 2016 is concerned, it remained undisputed that the petitioner is no longer in service of respondent No.4 having started his own hospital, thus, there is no purpose remaining in the matter. 5. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petitions are disposed of, as not pressed. Rule is discharged. Interim relief, if any, stands vacated. Consequently, connected Civil Application, if any, stands disposed of. 6. It goes without saying that in case of diCiculty, it is open for the petitioners to Dle an appropriate writ petition challenging any adverse order passed against them, in future. (MAULIK J.
