Case No. 46 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 308(4), 324(5), 327(2) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of Miss Paridhi Sharma, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi. 3. On 07.08.2024, seven to eight masked persons set ablaze a Turbo, Hywa and JCB Machine in village Chhapar beside bank of Debnadh river. The occurrence had taken place to enforce the demand of Rangdari. 4. Attention has been drawn towards the impugned order, from which, it appears that there is no cogent material against the petitioner on the record and his Bail Application was rejected only on the ground that investigation was still pending. 5. It was submitted that similarly situated co-accused Chottan Lohra has been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 2114 of 2025. 6. Mr. Praful Jojo, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 7. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Miss Paridhi Sharma, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi in connection with Budmu P.S.
