Prayer in the present peon is for grant of ancipatory bail to the peoner in a case FIR No.45 dated 06.06.2024, registered under Secons 406, 420, 506 and 120-B IPC at Police Staon Banur, Paala. 2. By virtue of order dated 04.09.2024, while granng interim protecon, the peoner was directed to join the invesgaon. 3. Learned counsel for the peoner has submi6ed that in pursuance of the order dated 04.09.2024, the peoner has joined the invesgaon and fully cooperated with the same and thus, the interim order may kindly be made absolute. 4. Learned counsel for the complainant submits that the ma6er was referred to Mediaon and Conciliaon Centre of this Court but the same remained unsuccessful. 5. Learned State Counsel submits that peon for quashing of the afore-said FIR i.e. CRM-M-18241 of 2025 has been filed in which the proceedings are stayed vide order dated 03.04.2025 passed by this Court. He, on instrucons from ASI Jaswinderpal Singh, has also affirmed the fact that the peoner has joined the invesgaon and he is no more required for further invesgaon.
