ORAL ORDER
(PER: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA)
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he would seek to withdraw the petition. He has filed a memo to that effect. Memo reads as follows:
“It is submitted that the present petitioner filed this writ petition without submitting the certain documents. The petitioner recently obtained some documents concerned to his rights. Now it is very much necessary to produce those documents before this Hon’ble Court for complete adjudication of the rights of the petitioner and respondent. Therefore, this Hon’ble Court is pleased permit the petitioner to withdraw the above mentioned writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition on same cause of action in the interest of justice and equity.”
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would not press the sentences in the memo that seeking liberty to file a fresh petition. Therefore, it is a withdrawal simpliciter. In that light, the petition is disposed as withdrawn.
