The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is residing in Killiyur Village, Perambalur District along with her aged parents. However, the respondent has chosen to initiate HMOP No.105 of 2024, before the Principal Sub Court, Virudhachalam, which is 80 kms one way for the petitioner from her home town. The petitioner expressing inconvenience to travel all the way to the Principal Sub Court, Virudhachalam and seeks transfer of the HMOP to the Family Court, Perambalur, which is dedicated Court to try matrimonial disputes. 4. In view of the above, I find prima facie case being made out seeking transfer as prayed for. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. H.M.O.P. No.105 of 2024 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Virudhachalam is hereby withdrawn and transfer the same, to the Family Court, Perambalur. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
