Learned AGA accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3. 2. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Direct the Respondent No.1 to consider representations dated 01.07.2025 and 03.07.2025 produced at Annexure-B and D and further accord permission to run the Petitioner Society's Colleges for the academic year 2025- 26 and activate the SATS login/App. b. Pass such other order or direction, this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the circumstance of the case. 3. The petitioner is aggrieved by the representation dated 01.07.2025 and 03.07.2025 submitted by the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:11786 WP No. 106654 of 2025 petitioner to accord permission to the petitioner to run its college for the academic year 2025-26 and activate the SATS login/app. The application having been submitted on 01.07.2025 and 03.07.2025, the academic year commencing immediately in the short future, it was but required for the respondent authorities to expeditiously consider the said application and pass necessary orders since the matter is relating to educational institution and as also the education of children. 4. In that view of the matter, I pass the following: ORDER i) Petition is allowed. ii) A mandamus is issued directing respondent No.1 to consider the representations dated 01.07.2025 and 03.07.2025 at Annexures-B and D within a period - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:11786 WP No. 106654 of 2025 of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. iii) The petitioner is also permitted to place such and further documents and or explanation with the respondent No.1 within a period of 1 week from today i.e. on or before 18.09.2025.
