On the application remaining pending he had approached respondent no.3 (the Human Rights Commission). Said respondent called for a report. The matter is pending. There be direction for expeditious disposal of the inquiry such that there may be sanction and disbursement of the compensation. 2. Mr. Ashim Mukharji, learned advocate Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and Mr. Akash Ojha, learned advocate holding the brief appears on behalf of respondent nos.2 and 4 (the electricity company). 3. Instead of directing issuance of notice upon respondent no.3, we request the Commission to expedite petitioner's application regarding verification and report on his claim for compensation. 4.
